Some important details;
- I love creating beautiful images that stir the heart
- I photograph only one wedding per weekend
- I location scout when possible before the wedding day in preparation for the shoot
- I require a 50%, non-refundable retainer and a signed contract to reserve your wedding date
- I accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express - Thomas Marlow does not share any client information with any third party organizations
- I also accept electronic funds transfer through Bank of America
- I shoot with a Canon 5D Mark II (digital), a variety of Canon L Series lenses and always carry a back-up Canon 5D Mark II
- I hire second shooters who are fellow professional wedding photographers

Basic Photo-Booth - $1000 - Everyone loves a photo-booth! The details; The basic photo-booth is a single color or pattern fabric. Unlimited time for the duration of the wedding reception. 750 instant prints onsite – additional prints available in 100 print increments for $1 USD per print. An on-line gallery to share images and upload to social media.

What is the Custom Designed Photo-Booth?
The Custom Designed Photo-Booth is a mobile photography studio, complete with a custom designed set that provides fun entertainment for your event guests. “This is not your grandma’s photo-booth!” Beautiful studio and stage lighting is incorporated to capture everyone at their best, a high-resolution professional camera (Canon 5D) for amazing print reproduction on fine, museum quality matte paper.
What does “Custom Designed” mean?
Each and every photo-booth commission is unique to the client; no two are alike. During a consultation, clients are interviewed and shown various design inspirations to help define their personal style. I work with a number of artists to produce a photo-booth set-design that reflects that inspiration. All materials used for set-design are alternatively sourced with environmentally friendliness.
Does the photo-booth travel?
Yes!! Anywhere in the continental United States! It is completely portable and an assistant always travels with it and manages it at the event.
How does it work?
Your guests trigger the camera with a wireless remote, giving them complete creative control. The images are instantly displayed in high-resolution for everyone to see on an HD monitor in the photo-booth itself.
How are prints made available?
Prints are made available in two ways – 750 instant prints onsite – additional prints available in 100 print increments for $1 USD per print. An on-line print ordering gallery also comes standard, where your guests can log-in and purchase prints from 4×6 and up and/or high-res photo files.

Wedding Day Celebration Book - Layout Design Begins at $750, Hand Stitched Binding Begins at – $750 - A custom-designed layout and binding of your Wedding Day Celebration Book – designed, printed and hand stitched & bound, usually around 50-70 pages. Every book measures 10″ x 10″ closed and 10″ x 20″ open. See more.
My approach to the books is to tell the story of your wedding day in an artistic and beautiful way, while using design elements, additional imagery and sometimes text to compliment the photographs. The books I produce are printed on archival, acid-free paper that allows for the deep, rich color of the images to come through. The cover is chosen to reflect the imagery and design inside the pages. Your wedding book will be a work of art you will be able to hand-down generation after generation, telling the story of the love from which your children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren sprang forth. Delivered in a custom-made, wooden presentation box, your wedding book will be designed unique to you and may be ordered at anytime after the wedding.
Day-After Session - $1500 - A photography session designed to be a relaxed shoot of you and your love in your wedding day threads, without all the wedding day time constraints. Click on “wedding day celebrations” to see more.
Love Story Session & Book - $4000 – This shoot has been designed for folks who have chosen not to have a big wedding, or for folks who want to give a beautiful gift to one another to celebrate their love for one another. Perhaps an anniversary gift. This is a two to three day session involving many shoot locations. Each book is custom designed and bound with graphic design elements that speak your collective styles and tastes. About the Images I Deliver:
You will receive high-resolution JPEGs via internet transfer to your computer’s desktop, which is an much more environmentally friendly way of getting your images than a plastic disc. The copyright is not for sale, but you will be given a perpetual license in the contract to use them in anyway you see fit.
About the Prints I Deliver:
My prints are printed by me in my studio on Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308, which is a matte paper made by Hahnemühle of Germany; one of the oldest paper makers in the world, dedicated to the Art of Expression since 1584.
Other Details:
Special lighting equipment rentals, equipment shipping, make-up artists, hair stylists, location rental and/or permit expenses are not included in any of the above pricing.
